Meet the techs...
Don McCuller Jr.
Don is manager of the store's workshop/rebuilding area. He worked with us from 1995-98 and rejoined us after moving back to the area in 2006. He has a great ear for tuning and does reconditioning and rebuilding work in our shop. Don is a musician, singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He and his wife, Jennifer, have 4 beautiful children.
Marshall Keith
Marshall has served our customers excellently for 16 years. Marshall is a musician. He has played professionally with a band called, "The Slicky Boys" that toured throughout Europe. Marshall plays lead guitar. He's out on the road tuning pianos for Kramer's full-time and he has a beautiful daughter, K.C.
Roger Kovacs
Roger has provided excellence in service for our customers for 22 years. Roger spends 70% of his time in our rebuilding shop, where he turns out exquisite craftsmanship in restringing old pianos for our customers. Roger also tunes 30% of the time on the road. He is a gifted and talented pianist. Roger and his wife, Kathy, have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
Dean Kramer
Dean is also on the road full-time for Kramer's Piano. He serves as manager of the piano store as well. He started Kramer's Piano when he was 17 years old, in 1974. Dean sang with "The Lighthouse Singers", a gospel singing group on the weekends for 13 and a half years, during which they recorded 9 albums. He also gives estimates, evaluations, and appraisals on all types of pianos in homes. He is crew chief on most of our piano movings as well.
This makes up our staff of 4 technicians who look forward to serving you with excellence in the home. They constantly receive new training and updates from the Piano Technicians Guild, as well as the National Association of Music Merchants. We are unique, as piano technicians, in that we offer office personnel to take your calls 6 days a week, who are trained in offering any advice to you, as our customers. Every one of our customers is highly valued.
