Difference Between a Grand Piano and a Vertical Piano
A Grand piano sits on 3 large legs (or 4 legs for a square grand), and has a large curved lid which opens from the right. A Vertical piano has either 2 front legs or none at all, and the lid is rectangular and usually opens from the front
