Assistant Manager /Sales Associate
Lois married into the business in 1977. During her 35 years here, she has worked on pianos, sold pianos, managed the office, remodeled our store, and has worn many other “hats.” She is currently in charge of our “Gift Boutique”, marketing, and is one of our sales associates. Lois sang in a gospel singing group for about ten years, and also plays the piano for her own enjoyment. She is married to Dean Kramer, and they have three daughters, two of which are piano teachers. Assistant Store Manager
Jeannette has been employed here since 1994, having worked in many different areas here over the years. She currently handles our accounting and financial departments, is one of our sales associates, and also oversees our 8,500 music book inventory. Digital Piano Specialist
Joshua first came to Kramer’s Piano Shop as a piano student of Fern Kramer in 2010. Ever since his very first visit, he has been captivated with the store. He joined Kramer’s in 2015 filling the role of “Digital Piano Specialist.” He is currently attending UMBC to study Russian. In his free time, Joshua plays many instruments, concentrating on piano, guitar, drums, banjo, and mandolin. He also takes and teaches ballroom dance lessons. Joshua has five brothers spread out all over the country from Alaska to Kentucky.
Dean has been a piano tuner and technician since 1974. He tunes on the road full-time, manages the piano store, and does piano appraisals and estimates as well. He is a member of the Piano Technicians Guild, and stays updated at their State and National Conventions. Dean is also a member of NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants), which he attends annually, taking many seminars. Dean took several years of piano lessons, and trumpet lessons and sang in a gospel quartet called the “Lighthouse Singers” for approximately thirteen years, during which time the group recorded nine albums. He and his wife, Lois, have three grown daughters.
Roger is our primary piano rebuilder and has tuned and rebuilt pianos at K.P.S. since 1988. He loves to restore pianos and make them sound and play like new. He is also a member of the Piano Technicians Guild, and attends conventions for updates. Roger and his wife, Kathy, have three grown children and some grandchildren. He is a incredibly gifted, self-taught pianist who plays by ear, and has been a church pianist for many years.
Marshall has tuned pianos full-time at K.P.S. since 1994,and is well-liked by our customers. He is a very good tuner/technician, is a member of the Piano Technicians Guild, and attends conventions for updates. Marshall is also a professional guitarist and bassist, having played with the “Slickee Boys” for many years, and has toured in Europe a couple of times as well. He also plays the piano and sings and does his own solo gigs now. Marshall has a daughter attending American University.
Donnie McCuller, Jr.
Shop Manager/Guitar Teacher
Donnie had been employed here from 1995-1998, and from 2006 until the present. He manages the piano workshop and reconditions pianos for us. He is an accomplished guitarist and teaches guitar lessons here at Kramer’s. Donnie and his wife, Jennifer, reside in PA with their five children. Don McCuller, Sr.
Don has moved and refinished pianos for us since 1988. He also does our woodworking repairs for pianos and benches and installs new white keytops. He has attended the P.T.G. conventions over the years, finishing seminars for piano cabinets. He is trained in polyester repairs as well. Don and his wife, Dolly, reside in Gettysburg, PA. They have four grown children and 13 grandchildren.
